The team has developed an effective approach for representing victims of road accidents against the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ), injured workers against the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST) and victims of crime against Indemnisation des victimes d’actes criminels (IVAC). The firm also represents clients in civil and family litigation, offers family and labour law mediation and investigates workplace issues including analysis of the workplace environment or investigation of psychological harassment.
Passionate about music, Me Lucrezia Plutino loves the world of arts. She has been an artist manager and for several years belonged to a group of African drummers. A member of the Québec Bar since 2006, Me Lucrezia Plutino gives courses in law to young people from diverse backgrounds. She remains sensitive to social equality and success. Founder of LP Avocate, she serves on the board of directors for the Administrative Justice Committee of the Montreal Bar and on the advisory board for Participatory Justice for the Québec Bar.

Me Isabel Marceau is an associate lawyer with LP Avocate.
As a mother of three and an entrepreneur, Me Isabel Marceau knows how to be flexible and take life as it comes all of which guide her in her practice. Her creativity and openness make everything possible. Between her children’s activities and work, Me Marceau finds time to play escape games and listen to music way too loud. Family, friends and a good meal are her definition of happiness!
Me Marceau was admitted to the bar in 2001 and has held a certificate in labour relations since 2016. She practiced tax litigation, civil and criminal law for over 15 years and since 2012, she has concentrated on alternative methods of conflict resolution. As soon as you meet her, you will be impressed by her empathy and diligence.

Me Erika Lavallée describes herself as someone who always needs to be stimulated, both in her professional and personal life. For her, a day without laughter is not an option. With her good humor and conviviality, she is always open to welcoming friends and family around a meal or playing board games! In addition to her passion for law and justice (and coffee!), Me Lavallée particularly enjoys hiking and cooking. She also dedicates much of her time to her furry, four-legged daughter, whom she adores.
As a young adult, Me Lavallée dove headfirst into her law studies at the University of Sherbrooke. She earned her bachelor’s degree in 2019 and subsequently became a member of the Québec Bar. She joined our team at the start of her professional career, particularly to explore family law and labor law. Me Ouellette completed her studies at Laval University and earned her bachelor’s degree in law in 2019. She became a member of the Quebec Bar in 2021 and joined our team in 2023 after gaining experience in law firms specializing in civil and family litigation.

Determined and ambitious, Bella Justica Dansereau has six years of experience in the legal field as a paralegal. Currently pursuing law studies at UQAM, she is fully committed to becoming the best version of herself.
